A little about us
Datterino is a modern take on the classic Roman cafeteria — the kind you stumble upon in the backstreets of Rome, where locals stop in for a quick espresso, a bite to eat, or just to catch up with friends.
We started with a simple idea: Roman-style pizza by the slice. Light, crispy, and full of flavour — it’s still the heart of what we do. But as we found our rhythm, Datterino naturally evolved into something more.
Today, we’re an all-day spot serving Mediterranean-inspired panini, homemade cakes and pastries, and a small selection of daily specials — alongside that signature pizza that started it all. In the mornings, it’s coffee and pastries. By midday, it’s panini and pizza. Come afternoon, it’s spritzes, sweets, and something savoury from the kitchen.
We serve Illy coffee — one of Italy’s most iconic espresso brands, renowned for its rich flavour and smoothness, crafted from premium Arabica beans. It’s the kind of coffee that demands a moment of pause — even if you’re just passing through.
Our space is casual, modern and a little eclectic, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite or settling in for a lazy lunch, there’s always room at the table.
